Henry Nguyễn Hữu Liêm, JD, PhD, Esq., former chair-professor of philosophy department, San Jose City College, California (1998-2021). He is the publisher of TRIẾT: A Journal of Philosophy and Ideas, published in California since 1995, and the author of Democracy and Law: Justice, Freedom, and Social Order (1991), Freedom and Ethics: An Explication of Hegel’s Philosophy of Right (1993), Time, Being and Will: An Essay on Metaphysics (2018), History and Consciousness: A Philosophy for Viet History (2018), Outline of a Philosophy for World History (2020), The Vietnam Temptation (2018).
